Arthur McQuade's Will 1883

Arthur McQuade who died on 29/06/1873 left a will. Letters of Administration to his son

John Henry McQuade, Moynalty a road contractor, were acted upon on 01/06/1883.

1.The farm at Loughan with the entire stock, farming implements, household furniture

was left to his wife Frances, provided she maintain, clothe and nurture their 7 children.
If she re-married she would receive £145 and her interest in the farm would cease.

2.Children Margaret, Frances, Jane, Arthur, George, John and Robert
would each receive £145

3. If any children died in minority, or before re-marriage,

their share was to be divided between the others.

The will was written on 06/08/1869 and the executor was
